I tried connecting Router1 LAN to Router2 WAN as well but the speed is the same. Router2's box writes 250Mbit (Which I suppose it for WiFi, I might be wrong though).Īlso, I tried changing the IP of Router2 to 192.168.1.16 as well if there is relevance in this information. From the cable that connects Router1 to Router2 I get 270 Mbit/s, if the cable is connected to Router2 and from Router2 I have another cable to my PC, the speed is around 70 Mbit/s. Point is, the speed is again more than halved. And then I connected my PC to the LAN of Router2. I connected Router1 and Router2 LAN to LAN. The main router is ZTE because of the optical fiber and the one I want to extend with is the LB-Link.įor reference: Router1 = ZTE, Router2 = LB-Link Through WAN it works, but the speed gets more than halved, I'm trying to find a solution for not such a big loss. I'm trying to connect them together through LAN but so far I've got no success. For reference: Router1 ZTE, Router2 LB-Link I tried setting. The main router is ZTE because of the optical fiber and the one I want to extend with is the LB-Link. I have a LB-Link router with the IP of 192.168.16.1 and a ZTE router with the ip of 192.168.1.1 I have a LB-Link router with the IP of 192.168.16.1 and a ZTE router with the ip of 192.168.1.1 Im trying to connect them together through LAN but so far Ive got no success.
